Director, Operations and Culture

North America

The North America Business Unit (NA BU) is a dynamic team spanning North America and working on a suite of thriving, long-standing impactful programs. The NA BU also has a consulting practice where we connect with new clients, explore new problems, and build community and / or capacity as part of our work to build economies that are good for people and the planet. This dynamic team requires operational systems and an accompanying culture to not just deliver on current offerings but to evolve and build a more sustainable, healthy, and equitable future both within SecondMuse and in the world.

This role will work closely with the Senior Vice President and other senior leaders from the NA BU, as well as leads of other SecondMuse departments to build a culture of care and support and create operational efficiency and effectiveness that leads to greater impact and profitability. Work hours are within the US with occasional global meetings. It is mostly virtual from the hiring location, but some travel may be required.

Senior Project Manager, Consulting

North America

This Senior Project Manager role will be part of the Consulting Group team within the North America Business Unit, where we connect with new clients, explore new problems, build community and / or capacity as part of our work to build economies that are good for people and the planet.

The Consulting Group executes projects with government, corporate and foundation clients in the areas of Discovery, Design and Strategy. The work of  this group involves  developing insights, strategies and solutions that lead to social, environmental and economic impact, as well as pilots for future scalable programs. This dynamic team requires operational systems to deliver on and evolve current offerings, so that we may build a more sustainable, healthy and equitable future.

While this role sits within the Consulting Group, it also collaborates with and supports programs across the Business Unit as skills, capacity and needs require. This position will report directly to the Senior Director of Consulting within the North America Business Unit.

Development Associate

North America

The Development Associate will play a key role in supporting the Growth Team in driving resources to grow North America Business Unit programs. They will work closely with the Growth Directors to source and cultivate new opportunities of federal, philanthropic, and corporate funders.  They will support in the process of closing contracts with prospective funders to ensure a smooth hand off to the North America program teams for implementation. They will be an essential player in driving opportunities into wins across the Business Development team from start to finish.
