Senior Associate, Strategic Research & Design
Damini is a Senior Associate with the SecondMuse team in Singapore. She brings her research and programme design skills to bolster the team’s efforts across key initiatives in South and Southeast Asia, such as The Incubation Network. Through her work, she aims to support regional innovation initiatives, entrepreneur support organisations and sustainable development ecosystems.
Having previously worked with teams at The Economist, UNDP Singapore and the Lien Centre for Social Innovation, Damini has had the privilege to witness and contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at delivering value to several at-risk communities across Asia. Her experience working briefly in the corporate learning and development space has also imbued her with deep regard for collaborating across a spectrum of ‘glocal’ approaches, organisational hierarchies and diverse teams.
Being a first-generation immigrant herself, Damini is passionate about creating inclusive ecosystems through her work, as she believes that everyone should be afforded an equal opportunity to foster positive impact in society – regardless of their gender, economic or ethnic backgrounds.
Beyond the office, Damini spends her time mentoring university students, reconnecting with nature and hosting community-based yoga and meditation sessions for weary urbanites.
