Phil Waller leads SecondMuse’s community needfinding and program design work for entrepreneurs based in Philadelphia and Battle Creek, MI. Previously he supported program coordination for Futureworks Incubator’s inaugural cohort of hardware startups.
Phil’s work is driven by a deep belief that every challenge facing our planet today is a human challenge. To maximize humanity’s chances for survival, all people must have a fair opportunity to realize their full potential, and contribute to the advancement of all. This belief is reflected in Phil’s decade-long career designing and managing programs for entrepreneurs. To date he has supported entrepreneur communities in a number of contexts: from rural farmers in the caribbean to urban innovators in NYC.
Phil is never truly at peace without a nice tune playing in the background. He’s currently building a home studio to focus more of his spare time on creating new tunes with friends.
