Oregon Climate Innovation Ecosystem Roadmap

This Roadmap is a guide for moving Oregon from strong but disconnected efforts to a coordinated and equitable climate innovation ecosystem. The opportunity ahead is not to create more ideas, but to align around what already exists so proven pilots can scale, capital can flow more effectively, and communities across the state can share in the benefits.
